How it Works: Refer details of individuals (with their permission) whom you think would be a great fit with the open positions with gHRig People Solutions.

Once your Referred candidate joins employment with our Client, post billing received at our end, we release the “Referral Bonus” at your bank account.

Terms and Conditions

Definition of “Referrer”: An individual who is providing the details of another individual to be placed through gHRig People Solutions.
Definition of “Referee”: An individual who is being referred for an open position with gHRig People Solutions by the “Referrer”.
The Refer & Earn scheme is applicable towards referring individuals from your personal contacts / Friends only.
You should not refer any individual where referring the individual breaches any duty you may owe to any Organization / individual.
The Referrer should always share references from his / her personal email id along with their functional contact number.
The Referrer should have explicit permission of Referee before sharing their resumes with gHRig People Solutions.
The Referrer shall indemnify gHRig People Solutions for any loss / claim arising out of the Referrer’s failure to gain consent from the Referee.
In case the referred individual is already in the database of gHRig People Solutions, the Referrer cannot claim for any future Referral Bonus.
Only References received through the email mode of communication from Referrer to refer@ghrig.com is acceptable under the “Refer & Earn” scheme.
An acknowledgement communication via mail from refer@ghrig.com shall be shared with the Referrer post referring any candidate, which shall again be verified by gHRig People Solutions before issuance of any Referral Bonus. No payouts can be claimed in absence of the acknowledgement communication mail from refer@ghrig.com . The Referrer needs to maintain the copy of the acknowledgement mail communication.
The Refer & Earn scheme is valid only if the Referred candidate is successfully placed withing 6 months from the date of submission of resume to gHRig People Solutions.
The Referrer should submit his own KYC and Bank account details to gHRig People Solutions before the processing of the payout to happen.
The value of the reward the Referrer receives is determined by the rates as decided by gHRig People Solutions for each position, and gHRig People Solutions retains its rights to adjust the rates at periodic intervals of time and their decision would be final.
The Referrer agrees to refund on demand without any extension of time limit any Referral Bonus paid where they are found to be in breach of above terms and conditions.
